With a name like "Patriot Super Sonic for a USB flash drive, you can be sure that it is travesty, if not sports USB 3.0 connectivity. Good thing for people who purchased it then, that this is the case. Theoretically, the Patriot Super Sonic series seems pretty good to do with its 100MB / s read and 70MB / s write performance assessment, although it is not unusual, as have Kingston and Super Talent released something like it already is. Interestingly, this stick does not need a NAND flash controller and a USB bridge chip, as it is a single-chip solution. An advantage of the Patriot Super Sonic is his size that is becoming smaller than the rest, where it run cooler than the competition. No word on pricing, but it is in 32GB and 64GB capacity from next year.
